We offer exclusive weekend rentals for up to three days, as well as flexible single-day rentals, allowing ample time for setup, celebration, and cleanup at a relaxed pace.

Our versatile outdoor green space gives you the freedom to bring your vision to life. With no required layout, décor style, or vendor restrictions, you have the flexibility to fully customize your event to reflect your unique style, preferences, and budget.

We had the most magical experience at this incredible 20-acre estate for our wedding! From the moment we set foot on the grounds, we knew this was the perfect place to celebrate our special day. The venue is stunning, with a beautiful creek running through the manicured grounds, and a picturesque bridge adding to the charm. Our ceremony took place under a breathtaking willow tree, which provided the perfect backdrop for our vows.

The host went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, especially for the bride, who was truly spoiled throughout the day! They even had special treats for our flower girl, which was such a thoughtful touch. They handled all our vendors seamlessly, directing them expertly while ensuring we could focus on enjoying our day.

From the very beginning Shannon and her family were so kind and welcoming! We viewed the venue in the pouring rain, but knew it’d be perfect come the summer. We got married in August on a super hot day, but the venue had so many shaded options. The space is very unique and versatile! We were able to use different areas for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception! The week of our wedding, Shannon and Sylvan were around to help us with vendors, which was a huge help! The day of the wedding they had cold drinks for our whole wedding party, they truly went above and beyond for us. We had the most amazing wedding day thanks to them!

We couldn’t have asked a better venue than Twenty Acre Estates! The ceremony area is stunning with a willow tree in the background and trees framing the sides. After the ceremony, you walk through a tree tunnel arch into the reception area. The open space allows you to dream up and plan however you’d like! We had 150 guests and it was just wonderful. Shannon and her family were truly incredible the entire time and went to extra mile to help on the day and beyond. We are so grateful we found this place to get married and celebrate the best day of our lives 🤍💍

We recently celebrated our daughter’s first birthday at Twenty Acre Farms in Langley, and we couldn’t have chosen a more perfect venue. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the beautiful setting the open area, the trees and the peaceful atmosphere created such a magical backdrop for her special day.

Shannon and Sylvan, were absolutely incredible to work with. They were so attentive, patient, and welcoming throughout the entire planning process. They kindly allowed us to visit the farm ahead of time to plan out where everything would go, gave our vendors access, and even took the initiative to help guide them to the exact spot where we were hosting the birthday. Their care and support made all the difference and helped the day flow seamlessly.

The kids also had the best time with the farm animals (the ponies, billy goats, and chickens) were such a hit! It added a fun, interactive touch that kept the little ones entertained and made the day even more memorable.

Our guests could not stop complimenting the venue. It’s spacious, family-friendly, and has so many charming spots for photos. The entire experience felt warm, personal, and unforgettable.

We are so grateful to Shannon and Sylvan and the entire team at Twenty Acre Farms for helping us create such special memories for our little girl’s “First Bee Day.” We will treasure this day forever and can’t recommend this venue enough for anyone looking to host a beautiful and meaningful celebration.
